~Directions To Vaccaro Field~
From Pittsburgh International Airport:
•Take Route 576 West toward Weirton (50¢ toll road; 10 minutes).
•Merge on to Route 22 West for about 20 minutes (past Weirton, West Virginia).
•On the large cable bridge (Veterans Memorial Bridge), get in
the right-hand lane and take the exit for Route 7 South/University Blvd.
•At the stoplight at the end of the off ramp, turn right onto University
Blvd.
•Follow University Blvd 1/2 mile to the main entrance for
Franciscan University, on the right.
From the North: 1-76, I-80 (Ohio Turnpike):
• Take I-76 or I-80 to Rt. 11 South
• Take Rt. 11 South to East Liverpool, Ohio. Take Rt. 7 South to Steubenville (approx. 1/2 hour).
• Take the exit for Rt. 22 East/Pittsburgh/University Blvd.
• Follow the signs for University Blvd. You will intersect University Blvd. at the first stoplight.
• Turn right onto University Blvd. and continue for approx. 1/2 mile. Look for a large brown and yellow Franciscan University sign on your right. This is the main entrance to campus.
• Take Rt. 11 South to East Liverpool, Ohio. Take Rt. 7 South to Steubenville (approx. 1/2 hour).
• Take the exit for Rt. 22 East/Pittsburgh/University Blvd.
• Follow the signs for University Blvd. You will intersect University Blvd. at the first stoplight.
• Turn right onto University Blvd. and continue for approx. 1/2 mile. Look for a large brown and yellow Franciscan University sign on your right. This is the main entrance to campus.
From the South or West: I-70:
• Take I-70 East or West to Exit 225 (Bridgeport, Ohio).
• Take Rt. 7 North to Steubenville (approx. 1/2 hour)
• Look for the exit for Rt. 22 East/Pittsburgh. Turn left at the stoplight on to University Blvd. Once you turn left, you are now on University Blvd.
• Continue on University Blvd. for approx. 1/2 mile. Look for a large brown and yellow Franciscan University sign on your right. This is the main entrance to campus.
• Take Rt. 7 North to Steubenville (approx. 1/2 hour)
• Look for the exit for Rt. 22 East/Pittsburgh. Turn left at the stoplight on to University Blvd. Once you turn left, you are now on University Blvd.
• Continue on University Blvd. for approx. 1/2 mile. Look for a large brown and yellow Franciscan University sign on your right. This is the main entrance to campus.
From the East: I-76:
• Take I-76 West to I-376 West through Pittsburgh.
• Follow the signs for the Fort Pitt Tunnel, which will put you on I-279 South/US-22/US-30. Continue south for 15 minutes, and take the US-22 West exit.
• Take US-22 West for 30 minutes (past Weirton, WV).
• On the large cable bridge (Veterans Memorial Bridge), get into the far right-hand lane, and take the exit for Rt. 7 South.
• At the first stoplight, turn right onto University Blvd.
• Follow University Blvd. 1/2 mile to the main entrance of Franciscan University, which will be on the right and marked by a large brown and yellow sign.
